We left the house at 5:15AM and headed up to Cleveland to catch our 8AM flight. Scott helped get us all checked in before we said good bye for 12 days.

The girls did AMAZING! Even though it was the crack of dawn, they were so well behaved, and so excited to be on the plane FINALLY after much anticipation and squeals of joy when we were finally called.

I was well armed with snacks and we were given a cup of juice each which was a hit, until the stewardess gave Reese and Riley their first set of "wings".... they were thrilled.

I can't believe it's already been a YEAR since our last big adventure, but alas, that time has come for Reese, Riley and I to fly down for a whirlwind 2 week "vacation" to visit my mom, family and friends.

Wish us a safe trip! Be back on the 9th! I'll try and update when I get a chance, but that may be few and far between!

She gave me whatever she had.... and it was a bit scary. See Ashton's website, for June 19th.

I got a call on Tuesday around 9:30AM that Reese was throwing up at Vacation Bible School.... of course I went the whole 2 miles down the road and picked her up. As soon as she saw me she started crying.... I just held her and said it was COMPLETELY ok. I think she was sad she had to leave, she was sick, scared and a bit embarrassed for vomitting in class.

The Chapel's staff was amazingly awesome, they cleaned her up, made her feel comfortable until I got there and even apologized that her hair was red.... which I had a little laugh with her about.

Apparently what happened as soon as I dropped her off, they started their craft, painting..... Reese put her head down and her forhead, right at the hair line.... she looked like she had a puke rock streak.. and the lady was so cute when she said "She even tried to wipe it out of her hair, poor thing."

I love this girl.... she puked a couple more times throughout the day, and we kept her home today to just rest.... which the ONLY WAY to keep her on the couch without running around with Riley was to watch The Bee Movie over.............. and over........................ and over...................... and over again. OMG, I've probably watched/heard that movie at lesat 20 times in 2 days..... I'm done with "poo water!"

I can't believe my "baby" is old enough to go into Vacation Bible School. She was SOOOO excited all weekend about going to "Bible School and see Ryan."

I dropped her off this morning, Riley helped too, and we all said bye bye, which she could have cared less because as soon as she saw Ryan it was all about talking to him, which was really sweet as he had saved a seat just for her!

I did have a good laugh with the teachers because they BOTH thought that Reese was a BOY. One of course is because of her name, but Ryan always says "My buddy Reese." I thought it was pretty funny.

We had a lovely day, it really couldn't top last week's mini-vacation! [Those photos and strories coming as soon as I edit the photos] The girls and I took Scott to breakfast after he opened his gifts. I had taken Reese and Riley to All Fired Up! to paint their own pottery. They painted 2 tiles that turned out great, and they loved making it as much as Scott enjoyed receiving them.

After naps we headed out to the lake for a couple of hours with a wonderful picnic and swimming. Great way to end the weekend.

Happy Father's Day Scott, I definitely don't know of a better one!!!

Kudos to Dad!

What a great treat to end the day and great way to the start of our summer!

Scott had been looking into things to do with the girls when he got home that involved fun things at a reasonable price and close to home. He called me on his way home to say that he found the PERFECT thing! A season pass to the local Metro Park Lake! Not only do we get into the lake that's less than 10 minutes away we also get into the sister lake in Barberton where one of my mom's groups likes to frequent. The girls LOVE the lake!

Today was a pretty nice day, hot, but nice and decided that it was a good time to see if we couldn't get back into the new jellies exhibit at the Akron Zoo and see if we couldn't get into the touch tank at a reasonable time. SCORE! We were able to!
